I would like to know the laws applicable to a pharma company and the the website for downloading the labour laws applicable to the state of Tamil Nadu like Tamilnadu Shops & Establishment Act & Rules, Tamilnadu Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, 1958 and Rules, etc

for Tamil Nadu, the acts are not down loadable. Some sites may have. However the bare acts are so cheap that you can buy them as a set for a nominal cost from Sitaraman & Co (Mylapore) or any other law book dealer.
