Is it possible for Pvt Sector Management to resort to indiscriminate / illogical ( proving a bit difficult) transfer of employees ( Management Staff) from one state to another state? Selection of employees does not follow any logic.Although one can mention about recession and protection of employment; but choice is discriminant. Any possible recourse other than appeal to Mgt.
Please advise urgently.
