Leakage issue from upper flat

upper flat owner is not repairing the leakage issue and society is failed to provide me any solution for leakage issue. can I complain in registrar office for leakage issue..

You need to file a suit of injunction against the flat occupant in district court. court will direct the occupant to carry necessary construction.

this shouldn't incur much.

(1) Submit a written complaint to the Municipal Authorities, (2) Submit a written complaint to the Managing Committee of your Society and endorse the copy to Dy Registrar of CHS of your zone.

I have written letter to the society twice but society is failed to provide me the solution. I am facing leakage issue from 3 months.

can I go to the registrar office directly for the solution ?
