You can approach society officials and file a complaint.
Akshay (Advocate) 16 March 2020
Hi
1. Tell that very person to repair it.
2. Contact the secretary of your society and to any person who charge you for the maintenance.
3.Send him a Legal Notice.
Hope this will help you
Best regards,

These scretaries ae just good for nothing and vested interests. After getting elected they create their own lobby amongst other committee members. They forget the welfare of the occupants and restore to corrupt practice. They misuse society funds, tune the watchman of the apartment only to pay heed to thier instructions thus turn a blind eye towards the plights of other hapless occupants.Only they are concerned about revenue (maintenance fee) colloection.
There must be strengent law reinforced to tackle such nuisance.
