Leasehold property

Dear sir,

                kindly provide me details can a leasehold land be sold partialy or not.

Generally such agreements are contingent contracts - enforceable in case the lessor (Authority) gives consent/permission, if it doesnt the contract falls. It may be of full or half of the property.

Friend, your query is incomplete..... you have not stated the nature of lease.. any way....

I agree with my learned friend... Further to add that if the lease is of perpetual in nature and lease itself contain a clause permitting the lessee to sub-let or dispose it off / sale [ partly or wholly], it is possible..... The examples may be seen from Govt. leases especially for residential puposes...
