Leave encashment law after resignation

Hi,

I just resigned from a Software Companies. I have more than 20 Leaves. Is there any law about how this encashment should be calculated?

Will it be gross salary or just basic + da?

You Are Profession so you abd apooint one legal consultant for company and  can act according the consultant advice

The leave encashment is normally calculated based on the Basic+ DA, it is basically governed by the shops and establishments act and in reference to your Company's HR policy in the manner the leave encashement is being proceeded for Employees.
