Friends plz advice me.
2013 me mere bhai ki marriage hui, ladaki ke incurable disease ko hamase chupaya gaya, humane turant ladaki ko usake ghar bheja aur matter bahar solve karane ki koshish ki lekin ladakiwale nahi maane. Hamane 1 saal ke andar HMA section 12-1(c) case May 2014 ko file kiya hai. Ab ladakiwalon ne July 2014 unake gaon Criminal Procedure Code u/s 125 & Hindu Marriage Act u/s 9 ye 2 case file kiye hai. Humare case ki ek hearing hui hai jisame ladaki appear thi. Ab unake case ki 13 august ko hearing hai. Hume kya karana chahiye. Plz Help.
