Legal issue for blue print and occupancy certificate.

Hi Everyone,

I have purchased flat in pune city and while booking builder has shown us blue print of plan, but actually as per blue print he has changed the project plan without informing flat purchacer. Secondaly while taking possesion builder has given occupany certificate but when i actually taken physical possesion then he has not given us a own electricty meter from maharashtra electricty board and has given us sub-meter stating that builder is providing electric supply from construction meter and flat owner has to pay to bill to builder office.

1. Can we do legal case if builder has changed the blueprint plan without informing flat owners.

2. How could buider get OC from govt. without providing electric meter from state elecric supply.

You can report to the electricity department about your sub meter provided by the builder.

First just apply to Msedcl for fresh & new application for electricity connection, for immediate relief. Then you can land Builder in consumer court for non compliance of commencement certificate. If you report to Msedcl as per Mr.Rama Chari, they will cut your connection as its illegal.
