legal notice

just want to confirm... if the legal notice which i have got is fake or original.

if it is related to you dispute. usually legal notices are served by RPAD. cross check in postal department and moreover the letter head address will give u picture of advocates address

I too have the same query today I got a notice superscribed envolope from an advocate through post ..how to know it is legal of only sent by advocate

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

This is Ramesh Kumar 39 years of age. I got married 2015 after 1 year 2016 i filled a HMOP divorce case due money mind torcher from my wife.She filled a MC on 2017 . Unfortunately my HMOP dismissed on 2018.

Now i filled a pettition of Declaration suit , because she got married already and not legally get divorce instead she get notice from Notary. Before marriage i thought she get legal divorcee but later only i came to know not get legally only from Notary.My question is weather the secound marriage with me is valid or not.

Kindly advice .
