legal steps i can take to vocate property on lease aggremen

need advice:-actually i have a flat in paschim vihar new delhi which i rented to a person in mid of 1999 without any agrrement he was paying me without any issue..but from some year he is becoming me a trouble after a lot of controversy we decide to make a fresh aggrement which i made on 25 nov 2008 with a validity till 15-08-2009 on 50rs stamp paper bt whn each time i ask him to  vocate he promise me to hand over keys till  end of next month...now i have cooked up with all of his promises.....and thinking of taking some legal action but actually i dnt have any idea from where should  start.......plz show me some light.....

Issue notice u/s 106 of the Transfer of property act to vacate the house.  If he failed to do so inspite of receiving the notice then file a suit for possessionl.

Since there was no lease agreement and also no proper rent details.

You need to file a suit for eviction to evict the tenant.

send termination notice and file suit
