Hi..
A complaint was lodged for theft and criminal breach of trust for inappropriation of movable assets and the police received the complaint in 2005 but didnot lodged an FIR till today as they have mentioned that the parties are husband and wife. Now the divorce has already happened, can a private complaint be filed in the appropriate court to register and FIR for the same?? Will the limitation applicable to these cases??
