When different cases are filed between the same parties, whether there is a condition that one case has to be closed before other case is taken up. i.e., whether the cases are independent or inter-dependent?

There is no such condition.

i hope you are referring to Maintenance case under section 125, Domestic Violence, 498A of IPC and divorce/conjugal matter. all are independant matter under different provision of law. but, pleading in one matter can be used by other side in cross examination to trace out the truth. considering the cause and territorial jurisdiction, transfer application can be made in high court or supreme court, to conduct all the matter in one district or taluka.

What are the facts? What is the issue?

As rightly mentioned above, there are no conditions as such. All matters are different and independent.
