litigation expenses

is it mandatory to deposit litigation expenses with the court if a divorce case is initiated by a husband. Kindly guide

you no need to pay litigation expenses in court. If the court feels that there is any abuse of process of law, the court will dismiss the suit along with cost to the otherside party. There is no mandatory to pay litigation expenses in court.
