lokadaalath cheque bounce case

Recently Judge has transferred the case to Lokadaalath as both parties agreed for settlement. can anyone of the party go back to court before putting comprise letter? what happens if one of the party is not attended the Lok Adaalath? is it required to attend both parties?

both parties are attended the lok adaalath by legal aid or you appoint the lawyer .
