I booked a Villa property in Bangalore in Oct 2011 and layout got approved by BMRDA in Dec 2013. Developer collected 3 yrs maintenance upfront while purchasing the land. The property got registered on my name in June 2014 and till date property is still maintained by the developer. Handling over the Resident association is still being discussed since Club house that was committed during the time of purchase is not constructed yet.
From when is this maintenance charge that was collected by the builder applicable?
1. starting when the property was approved by BMRDA? or,
2. starting when the property was registered on my name? or,
3. once clubhouse is made available? or,
4. once layout is handed over to RWA?
