maintenence and husband property share query

Sir we are ready to file MCD in civil court (No family court is there in my district ) & going to file on 30-10-13.In this MCD wife is ready to write that

She is working presently and don't need any maintenance from husband. She will never claim in this regard.
All streedhan is in hers control and is safe in her maayka.
She has received all of hers share in husband's property. She will never claim against husband in this regard.
she will take her untrue case against husband and family before the decision of this MCD comes.
This marriage was without any daan dahej (dowry)

Now queries are

On or after 30-07-14, can she make an appeal against this MCD.
Can she claim any maintenance on or after 30-07-14.
Can she claim her share in husband's property on or after 30-17-14
In any other mode can she harm me?

Once she has signed the MCD papers in which every thing is clearly mentioned as to future rights on property etc, streedhan is already with her and there would be no claims in future in this regard etc she might still try to claim falsely such property, but it wont stand in the eyes of law.

if you have any doubt in her reliability then add two more points or amend in your mcd's MOU . 1. that she will not claim any maintenance or alimony in future . 2. That she will accept the decision of mcd and not make any appeal against the decree of divorce.
