Major repair fund willing to pay

Hello, i have a shop in cooperative housing society. I am not in condition to pay major repair fund ie. 92000 rs. And now the society started penalty @21% ie. 4830 rs. How to overcome it? And in lockdown period we are struggling to survive. Please help me to get out of this situation

Need to go through the agreement between you and the cooperative society.

yes you can show the agreement to local lawyer and seeking advise

firstly there has to be an agreement go through it. if there is any force majeur clause invoke the same

1.  IF the Society is in Maharashtra, THEN you are legally bound to pay the Major Repair Fund, that might have been sanctioned in the General Body meeting.  There is no exception to this.
