There is no point in changing religion for remarriage. The second marriage will not be valid.If you have made up your mind for divorce and its not possible to reconsider the same then, convince your wife for divorce by mutual consent. Thats the only way because you need to have valid grounds for contesting divorce.

thnx for reply bt i have discussed many time with her when we r living sepretly from last 3 years nd there is no relationship with us.. give divorce me.. nd we spend our life nd make our futur as we think or want for our life.. but she said main na divorce dungi na tumhe khush rehne dungi..kar le jo krna hai tumne... but its not right . i cant constrait on my job due to this problem..m thinking about tht evry time ..kya ye aise hi chalta rahega??why she dont think that he is not ready to live with me nd how many year she will done this.. nd wht she got after many year.. because i have decided we will not in relations in future at any cost...kly suggest.. m totly fedup mam...
