Ruchika case
While moving Rathore's application before P&H HC, his wife is reported to have said that the punishment was awarded under "media pressure". It is a slur on the judiciary unless it is willing to pocket such contemptuous remarks. No wonder judiciary is losing respect.

its true to some extent if media has not highlighted it then we dont think he would have convicted.
