The under construction flat was booked in Aug 2021 in Mumbai. Registration deed executed at Sub registrar office on mid Dec 2021.
a) This deed has the Commencement certificate upto 20 floor. The CC for the entire 40 floors was issued on 2 Dec 2021. This CC is not attached in Registration book as builder forgot to add in the deed book.
b) The Index II was totally incorrect of another person. Upon pointing out, the builder arranged a "true copy" of my Index II. This is stamped with Rs 20 stamp from registrar.
c) IOD document is not attached in the deed. Builder replied that IOD document is not applicable if CC is available. Is that correct?
Will there be any issue as the registration book does not have the CC, IOD and has true copy of Index II.
Please suggest I should do now?
