Mistake in name in ancestor propery

prolem is that:- in my uncle name in his docoument "Baldev raj S/o sh. Ram lal" and in his father document name is Ram Dev and property is on father name Denoted Ram Dev and he was died , automatically property must be transfered in the name of Baldev raj s/o sh. Ram lal, is there any problem create while tranhsfarmingt with this different name in property mutation or Deed, if yes tell me so;ution to solve the problem

my uncle's father was died and property was on his name written his name Ram Dev and now his son wants to transfer on his name, in his docoument his father name is Ram lal, can this name mistake problem create any problem while transfarming property father to his son, if yes tell solution

Dear Gourav,

While you ur uncle son is getting mutated his name in the records, ask him to keep his father name as Ram Dev @ Ram Lal,

Then there will not be any legal hassle in future.

but we have to sumbit other proof as father death certifiace and son ration card and voter card, can't refuse while mutuating and recording by taking name issue

or son has to submit the affidavit both name if same person
