Musha in muslim law- validity of gift

My great grand father had two daughters My grand mother and her sister . The property between both siblings is unpartitioned . My grand mother executed a gift deed of all her undivided share(7 acres) to her sons and didnt gave anything to daughters . is this gift valid as per MUSHA under muslim law ?
The land is located in a village

She has right to dispose it thru gift of her share only Ur grand mother sister has right over her share.first partition to be effected and then after her share can be gifted according to her wishes.
