That will be dismissed as Indian Divorce Act is for the christain couples not for any other religion.

A msilim man don't  need to file for divorce just he can divorce by pronopuncing the divorce under proper procedure;  or he can issue the notice of divorce stating grounds for divorce and settle the dower and other things.However the process of isntantly pronouncing divorce three times is not as per law or sharia...Just follow rules under muslim pesonal  law.
