Hi
Thanks for vauable guidance.
Brief of my case:
1. 498a-stay ordered- mediation will take place in may.
2. Intriem Maintenance of 2000/- pm has been ordered from order date to 125 case disposal.
Query:
Should I go for stay on Interim Order.
As per my advocate 125 will go for next 5-6 months. Total interim around 10-15 k. We can go to high court if 125 order is unfavorable. Let intriem flow.

go to higher court only if:
1. she is working currenty
2. in past she was working, but not now just to harras u
if any of conditions above are satisfied by ur case, then only go to higher court.
otherwise 2000 pm is not a big deal , just go on paying her as interim measure.
and concentrate on your main pleadings and on cross examination of her
