my dad lost his both legs

my dad lost his both legs in a road accident. what would be the capital punishment for the guy who came in wrong side of the road?

you can claim compensation under Sec 166 of M.VAct from the insurance company of his vehicle. Consult local Advocate who deals accident claims and he will calculate the amount to be claimed from the Insurance Company.
