Hello Ranee. Your font and Munni's font are same in second page. Both are in bold too.
The wife's parents or the husband's parents act in one way as marriage breakers.
It is for the couple to know what they want from their lives.
It is not a grave mistake to listen to what elders/parents tell. But which one to incorporate in their lives solely depends on what is there in their respective first floors.
Many a time, couples dont even think that they are not just a son or a daughter to their parents, but more than that, they are a husband, a wife. They should start thinking in the capacity of a husband or a wife and look after the welfare of their own family [here family means husband and wife and not their immediate and extended familes].
@querist.
Stop being in a dreamland. Think about your family psst.. you and your husband.

Admissibility of contemporaneous tape-record
A contemporaneous tape-record is admissible under section 8 if (i) the conversation is relevant to the matters in issue; (ii) there is identification of the voice; (iii) the accuracy of the tape recorded conversation is proved by eliminating the possibility of erasing the tape record; R.M. Malkani v. State of Maharashtra, AIR 1973 SC 157.
Court to scrutinize evidence
(i) It is the duty of court to scrutinize the evidence carefully and to see that acceptable evidence is accepted; State of Gujarat v. Gandabhai Govindbhai, 2000 Cr LJ 92 (Guj).
Also please note Law Commission 94 th. Report , proposed sec. 166 A of Evidence Act (which can be put forth in Arguments before the Hon'ble Court) -
para 1.2 reads as hereunder -:
Generally speaking the traditional approach of the Indian Courts has been to the effect that, absent a specific statutory or constitutional provision which provides for excluding particular types of evidence, the fact that evidence has been obtained illegally remains of no consequence in regards to its admission in the criminal trial...the Judge is concerned only with the conduct od the trial.....
Chapter 10A (Proposed sc. 166A reads as follows) -
...where it is shown that anything obtained in evidence by illegal or improper means, the court after considering the nature of the illegality or impropriety and under all the circumstances under which the thing tendered was obtained, may refuse to admit it in evidence, if the court is of the opinion that because of the nature of the illegal or improper means by which it was obtained its admission would tend to bring the administration of justice into disrepute.
2. In determining whether evidence should be excluded , the court shall consider such circumstances and the manner in which such evidence was obtained, including -
a. the extent to which human dignity and social values were violated in obtaining such evidence
b. the seriousness of the case
c. imprtence of the evidence
d.the queston whether any harm to an accused or others was wilfullyinflicted or not
e. whether there were circumstances justifying the action, such as a situation of urgency requiring action to prevent the destruction or loss of evidence.

Now you feel so? Where were you since yesterday when Aakash made that post? When I replied in the same tune then you feel and react?
I even complained that to Admin even. But of no use. Then I felt I should reply to this in the same tune...and see you, the male Chauvinist came at one and blamed me!
God bless you.

No worries Ranee. Looks like all that males have left is chauvinism these days with their family's charged, their properties raided, their prestige in office and elsewhere humiliated...lol that is all that is left.
Hath
not a MANeyes? hath not a MAN hands, organs,
dimensions, senses, affections, passions? fed with
the same food, hurt with the same weapons, subject
to the same diseases, healed by the same means,
warmed and cooled by the same winter and summer, as
a WOMAN is? If you prick us, do we not bleed?
if you tickle us, do we not laugh? if you poison
us, do we not die? and if you wrong us, shall we not
revenge? If we are like you in the rest, we will
resemble you in that. If a MAN wrong a WOMAN ,
what is her humility? Revenge. If a WOMAN
wrong a MAN, what should his sufferance be by
WOMANLYexample? Why, revenge. The villany you
teach me, I will execute, and it shall go hard but I
will better the instruction.
