The Co-operative Housing Society where I stay has started some renovation work.
I am a member of the society but not a committee member.
From a variety of sources, I have got to know that a lot of cash payments have been done for the renovation work of the society campus.
They are trying to make some false bills and therefore I have asked them to show me the bank statements of the Society to verify the cash withdrawals from the Society's account
How can I get the bank statement of the Society if the Committee members do not want to give me Society Bank statements.
What is the procedure. Please share your inputs on the same.
