Need Guidance

I have given application of Narco test and Lie detecting test of mine in court recently. Since 2013 domestic violence case is going on which was filed by me against husband and his family. I feel this is only the option to bring truth that I am genuine or not. ... my husband and his lawyer do not want it. Because this will bring clear picture. Please guide what should I do that court accept my request and allow for NARCO and Lie detecting test? Or please provide me alternate ways to get it done ?

Narco and lie detecting tests are NOT considered definitive in the USA.  I don't know how much value these have in Indian legal system.  Will be interested to hear from experts from India.

Narco test is of no evidentiary value. It is, at the most, an investigative tool in ascertaining the guilt of the accused. As such, no purpose is served in subjecting the de-fact complaint to narco test. Truth of her allegation has to be tested on the anvil of his/her deposition in the witness box.
