Hi Sir, My wife had some affairs which I brought in front of elders who fixed our marriage as she was threatening me with suicide letters to make sure I don't ask anymore questions & also she was not interested to take care of my family as she left flat & she lived outside when I asked her to take care of my mom she was sick. She blackmailed me & my mother of failing a case which my neighbors are aware of it, Also she created a havoc at my home by doing a suicide drama with the help of their family by taking an ambulance & canvasing in the streets where we live where they created nuisance when my mother was alone at home. Now after a repetitive black mail calls suddenly after 5 months she left my home. Now she has filed 498 case, could you suggest how to deal with her & her family. Also I would like to know the consequences after 498 FIR will this case have any impact on my career. I am planning to get VISA on my own & work abroad also if possible I would like to apply for government jobs. Will I be eligible for them. Please help me sir I am becoming mad day by day. For any further in depth details I can drop the replys but could you let me know first if this FIR & case will become an obstucle to my career.
