first of all i would like to answer  of your last sentence. that you have some political power and she is poor .. it will not help you..and such may creat more problems if you make any action on the basis of this.

secondly ..you have 3 year relationship with her.. and this may be valid ground for the construction a case against you ,  but it can not said . exactly because you did not mentione all the facts  like whether you had made any marriage proposal or not. , what the age of that girl.., and what kind of massages you have sent... etc.

but as per  your information if any s*xual intercoure with her , obtained by the enticement of the marriage ..may fall under rape under section 375 of Ipc, if she did it on  the basis of your words. and she has proof also as your SMSs and Mails. and you may come under the offence of cheationg as well  (earliar it was not)as per the ratio of the case of Bipul Medhi v. State of Assam .

Therfore Dear try to consult any lawyer and also try to resolve this matter by mutual understanding  not by force.. because any case may harm yor reputation ang\d your as well as you mentioned in point no. 1.

U have cheated her..................rather used her for such a long time & then dumped her, rest can be assessed if u provide details of relationship, cause of breakup...................now solve the matter amicably o'wise find urself+ur family in the center of storm!

she is 24 years now. her parents and our parents accepted for marriage and also went to marriage looks to the girls house in 2012 january, and also spoke about dowry and averything was also written on a white paper. after 2 days v called up the girls parents and said that we dont like the marriage. 

i went to usa for 2 years 2010 and 2011,and also in the middle i came from usa to india withought knwing to my parents and stayed vt her in hotel for 3 days and went back. now she is having the hotel bill also and in that her name was not mentioned.i had oral s*x with her but still she is a virgin.for all this will she be able to file a rape case on me?

i had sent her messages like i vl convince my parents and marry u, and also many mails like i love u and messages like i love u. will this all help her .
