sir i have rented my house from 2009 to a person known to me and i am living in a far away place.I made an agreement for eleven months which got lapsed in the year 2010 and after that i dint make a new agreement. For the past one year he is giving rent irregularily and making me to come nine or ten times before he giving rent and now he is refusing to vacate the premises and also not giving rent properly as i myself want to come back to the house with my ailing mother who wants to to spend her last days over there for thats where she was born and lived for many years before moving on to a rented house.what shall i do to vacate the person
