Sir, I have applied for 498a quash in High court through lawyer in Nov’2014 and later we got 45 days interiam stay order after that our lawyer is not showing any progress almost one year. After that I asked him that provide me NOC letter but he is not giving. I want change lawyer but am not getting NOC from lawyer. Please advise how to proceed with this. Thanks..

You can change your lawyer at any time during the proceeding.just make an application before the court that you are withdrawing the vakalathnama Issued for your advocate for so and so reasons.also intimate your lawyer by sending the same through post with acknowledgement
