Non payment

Dear sir ,

I had Worked as a labour for a construction Project In Bangalore.

The contract Value is more than 4.5 Crore .

He paid all the payments up to date for untill we complete 50% of the project .

I depoyed more than 400+ labour for the Project ,

All of shudden he started to pay the payments Directly to all the labours.

When i opposed that , he told that all the labours want to work with him only . Let them Complete the work and finally he settle My account .

It means .. He will pay the labour payments directly to them . after end of the project he will pay the Balance amount ( Total Contract Value-Actual labour Expance ).

He completed the project and vacated the place and went.

Whenever i called he is telling that he is in loss and not able to pay the Amount .

How can i proiceed ...

Regards

Murali

U are advised to issue him legal notice from a lawyer to make the payment in terms of contract entered in to between you and the co. and still he does not pay the dues U may file a SUIT against him in court of law.
