Not abel to pay the dues

You cannot avoid paying your dues. Bank will definitely recover it and also report to CIBIL. Visit the bank and inform them of your financial position and take some time for repayment of your dues. 

1. You are liable to face legal prosecution for failure to pay your credit card dues.  There is no alternative for you, but to pay.
