Respeted sirs,
I am Applicant in a CP praying for not release pension to 3 Nominees by excluding 4th.nominee.
2. I also filed saty u/o 39CPC initialy.
3. Now I came to know that pension cannot be stayed, vide section 60 g CPC. ( attachment proceeding)
4. will it be legal if I not press my stay app of o.39 by refering S. 60 .g. of CPC .
I can sumbit here s.60.g CPC if needed by the Honorable panel.
let court will be decide.
