Obc certificate

To the best of knowledge at present your daughter's OBC certificate depends upon your husband's status. it has nothing to do either you had or in not in your school time.

Just go to the concerned govt. office and fill-up the required forms. I dont think there would be any problem.

You have to approach Tahsildar office.  like for Kurla Ghatkopar at Mulund Tahsilder Office at Mulund Court.  They give you for which cost Rs. 30, stick Rs. 5/- revenue stamp.  You need to fill in lot of details in it.  They have divided the same in to two religion maharashtrains and non maharashtrains.  Along with the Form you have to give caste certificate of the father or near relative of the person you are going to make the certicificate.  LIke for instance if you getting for your child. the child father or near uncle should have the caste certificate from your village tahsilder etc. Along with the form there is an affidavit, address proof, date of bith proof, ration card and Bonafied certificate from school that is required. 

Once you submit they send the father caste certificate for verficiaion if it is non maharashtrains.  once they get the confirmation then they issue the certificate.  It take months.  if they dont then you it falls under verifiction you have to get the same done on their behalf.  and see that it is submitted. 

in liue of the application submitted they issue you a slip which you have to carry in exchange of your certificates.

Mr Asgarali Attarwala was kind enough to advise her. This procedure is applicable to the person entitled for the certificae. As pointed out by Mr Ajit most likely your daughter is not entitled for OBC certificate you never stated in you query that your husband is OBC or not. If your husband is not OBC and only your father was then you can get OBC ceritificate but your daughters' claim on OBC [as the pesent instructions stand] is linked only if you husband is OBC.  Pleas check details from starting costly venture.

I SUBMIT MY DOCUMENT FOR OBC CERTIFICATE IN MY LOCAL AREA PERSON, HE GIVEN SENIOUR CITIZEN ID....ETC..

COMPLETE 1/2 YEAR , I CALL THEM HE DID NOT RECD. MY PHONE. THEN GO TO HIS THEN HE TOLD I DONT KNOW  HOW  MANY DAYS REQD.

I am Nilesh Kavale My caste is covered under OBC I have obtained my OBC caste certificate from Tehasildar authority now I want to obtain OBC caste certificate for my Daughter she is in school and 15 years old  I approached Tehsldar office in Borivali Mumbai but they say I have to produce proof the me OR my father was staying in Mumbai Maharashtra before 1967  

I was born in Mumbai 1962 I or my father doesnt have any proof of stay before 1967 at this point of time 

Please advice following

1) Isn"t it proved if the father is OBC the daughter is automatically OBC

2) Since I have obtained caste certificate I must have submitted all the proofs at that time but since I dont have any proof at this point of time is it fair to deny caste certificate for mu daughter which will be help full for the admission in XI std since she is in X std now 

3) Please advice what should I do please help me I am under pressure.

1. FOR MY BOTH THE SON I APPLIED FOR OBC NON CREMY LAYER CERTIFICATE IN MY NATIVE  SHUJALPUR SHAJAPUR M.P.  ONE AND HALF YEAR BACK  . MANY TIMES I HAVE VISITED THE TAHSIL OFFICE BUT THEY REPLIED YOUR SALARY INCOME IS CROSSING THE LIMIT. AS I BELONG TO OBC NCL WORKING in NMDC  AS MANGER CIVIL ENGG.    
2. I join NMDC in 1996 as JUNIOR OFFICER CIVIL.
3. PRESENTLY MY GROSS SALRY IS AROUND 13.25 laKh per year.
4. NMDC IS NAV RATNA STATUS CETRAL PSU.   
5. IN MY NATIVE MY FATHER AND OTHER RELATIVE ARE RESIDING SINCE LAST MORE THAN 100 Years.                                            

• Please guide me as my sons are eligible for MAKING  OBC NCL CERTIFICATE.
• REJECTION GROUND OF MY SALARY OF 13.25 lakhs by TAHSIL  officeSHUJALPUR SHAJAPUR M.P.IS GENUINE.
