it's not a rape, but you have to prove you are not guilty, if it's all done with her will then you have to prove it on Court

How can anyone prove that he is not guilty because what happened between two people and what did not happen, the evidence of both will be conflicting .?

absolutely, you are right, but you have to tell the truth, and the truth should not be against you, here only circumstances are the evidence, only the judge hold the power to declare who is guilty and who is not, it is the duty of your lawyer, he have to use his ability and knowledge, and this is not your things, you have to consult these little things also with your lawyer,he will guide you what to say in court and what not to say

It is left to your advocate who can guide you on evidence depending on recorded evidence already a part of the proceedings.

What is your concern / problem / dispute if it is a true story?
