ONLINE COACHING INSTITUTE CHEATING ME

My name is Vimal from tamilnadu. I paid 15,500 rupees for online coaching & Institute is located in Lucknow. After the payment they are so many times postponed the classes. Whenever I approach the office for enquiry they are not ready to reply properly. Where I want to go? (Local consumer court or Institute location consumer court)

I have a proof of online banking transaction & WhatsApp conversations with institute.

Kindly give your suggestions...

Serve them a legal notice and if they continue with their deficiency, then file a consumer case in consumer commission in your area.

1) Online banking transfer, watsapp chat, poster, other documents are enough.

2) You yourself can even file and fight your own case.
