Opposite side advocate stole papers from court records

Hi Experts,

I had submitted a PURSIS in the court in my DV case and it got exhibited.

Next date the opposite side lawyer on pretext of seeing the court papers torn the Pursis from the paper set and kept it in his pocket and went out of court.

I immediately wrote again a Pursis detailing what earlier pursis had and how i saw opposite side advocate removing the pursis from court set. Unfortunately Judge was too busy and he just saw and filed the pursis and gave another date.

How can i punish the advocate for his wrong deed, this action of his is illegal and needs to be highlighted...how should i approach the judge...via an application or some other procedure?.

Note : The missing Pursis is marked as Exh 30 in the Case Diary.

Hi, I am also going thru similar matrimonial issues. You write a complaint letter to the Register of the court because he is responsible for all the documents in the court & also write a complaint to the respective Bar council stating all the details of opposite side advocate.

and you can also refer to the court register regarding the existance of Exh 30 in court registrar

you have to complain to the court registrar about the incident in writing and take his acknowledgement on that
