my fataher has purchased a plot in tumkur karnataka in my mothers name 30 years back a one room kitchen was bulit on the same plot 25 years back .since it was revenue land no permission was got while building the house .we donot ahve any plan or drgs also . my father is no more andw e donot ahve the oroginal sale deed . plot has come into municipal corporation few years back and my father was paying taxes .we are not aware whether it was property tax or tax on land .only .
now the municipla corpn is aquring land for road widening where part of the house is going and to claim compensation they authorities are asking all the documents viz
original sale deed of the plot
plan/drgs aproved for the house
tax paid on the property
pahani
index/katha of the plot
we do not have anything execpt acertified copy of the sale deed and tax paid receipts
how do we proceed pl advice
