Hi everybody,Here i am going to present a situation wherein i wud like to know ur expertise advice. well, a piece of land owned by one person 'A' and influential person 'B' build a building on his land as well the land of A. so here in this present situation 'A' the landlord files a suit claiming his land as well as the building since the building was erected on the land of his. Because if he just asks for the relief of claiming land , definitely he should file separate suit to claim the vacant possession of the building as well. so his action of claiming both land n building is justified. please give appropriate judgments as well to support this case.
