Parikath

We three brothers did Parikath some 36 years ago (in 1985). In that I received half of a house, half site and some farm land. Now I need to get the house and site registered in my name. What is the procedure for it?

Doughters also have equal rights on that property but what they are written in that panchayath parikath ..it's depand upon that parikath generally if thay are all no object that it's valid are ills can challenge that ...!

Yes there is a option to get the property whatever leftover by the ancestors in favour of the person who got share in the same and not included yet. The opportunity can be flexible with respect to the same is ..

court authenticity is required for your parikath. file for declaration order in civil courts with the help of a local lawyer
