Hello My dear fellows,
I have instituted a money suit for the realization of an amount of Rs. 2,000,000/- before the subordinate Judge'e court. At the time of institution of the suit, 1/10th of the total court fee is paid. Now the case stands posted for payment of balance court fee and ex-parte evidence. The plaintiff is not able to raise the balance court fee of more than Rs. 100,000/- at the moment. What is the solution to escape from payment of balance court fee and to save the suit? Experts please comment.
