Performance of contracts

Sir,

If the lessor does not perform his part of the contract, how can the lessee compel him to perform his part of the contract.

Moreover if a suit under specific performance of contract his filed, pls. forward me a draft petition of the same.

First of all serve a notice calling upon him to perform his obligation under contract. if he failes to do that file a suit for Specific Performance of the Contract. It will be like any other civil plaint. In case you need a Civil Plaint draft do let me know.
