If you are asked verbally to report for duty at Girola instead of your formal place of duty at Jagdalpur, you can ask for written approval of the competent authority for the temporary change of your duty place at Girola. Otherwise one day you can also be treated as absent from duty without permission from your headquarter of Jagdalpur.

You can claim travelling allowance also, as per rules for the temporary change of duty place if you are able to get formal official approval for such change.
