There are many reasons that give forum food control msg.
Solution:
First install ccleaner (DOWNLOAD IT FROM SOFTPEDIA OR SEARCH IT IN GOOGLE)

-analyze -then run cleaner-it cleans unnecessary , temporary files
thereafter click registry icon-click scan for issues -click fix selected issues.
second, if thereafter you have problems then better change browser
software ,example;If you use internet explore then switch it on
google chorme or opera.
third ,Most Important defrag hard drive -Go to Accessories -go to
system tools -select diskdefragenter -select your OD drive ( MOST
probable C drive ) just right click and ddefrag it.
Or you can use Auslogics Disk Defrag ,a free program which is an
alternate way and very fast to defrag your drive.( I recommended it)
USE GOOD ANTIVIRUS LIKE KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY WHICH COSTS ONLY 400 RS (YOU BUY only at 1200 RS 3 user so only costs 400 rs. for 1 year )
