I on behalf of a 498a victim friend need some advice regarding a matter..
Even after the high court summons order for the files and other documents since past one month or more, the files has not moved from the lower court..hence is their a way to procure those files to submit them in upper court for further movement of the cases. The judge doesnt hear and the lawyer seems to be helpless says he cannot get them somehow..what can be done the whole process is being manipulated by the other side..and this is very much needed for the getting the STAY order intact..even after the stay earlier put on maintainace the judge order another warrant against the victim but was held after the mercy plea by the lawyer this side..this is gross injustice..this needs to be done within this week as the courts are goin off since starting june..
plz advice in the matter as how can one get hold of such impt documents from those who sit upon them ..
