Hi quantum of maintenance depends on the status and facilities she used to have at the time of last stay together. So if her earning is not sufficient to maintain the same status the difference may be decreed as maintenanace amount . regards ASHOK

You need to hire a lawyer, and when you go to court always ask for reconciliation and don't file RCR. Request the court to order joint counselling by a qualified psychiatrist, nothing less. If inspite of all this she is insisting on divorce then do not prolong your agony. Let her take half the assets and find a woman who will love you.
