I have DV case on me, inspite of following points:
no juridiction, cause of action and event at agra.
wife creating problems by filing many police complains even after registering cases.
no income proof provided by them.
different statements in 498 and dv petitions, in one she said i dont work in other i have 62k p.m. salary.
My lawyer is saying that even Ram jeth malani cannot stop judge to pay maintainence to her.
Is it correct?? how should i proceed?
