Poverty line

Hi,

A person got Indiramma House, aasara pension, ration card, etc, when he is under below poverty line.

But his income levels have increased; does he lose those benefits?

Please clarify.

Hi,

A person got Indiramma House, aasara pension, ration card, etc, showing that he is below poverty line.

But his income levels are higher. How to intimate this to the authority and get his benefits cancelled? Can he be punished under law?

What is meant by D.M.....is it district magistrate....

do the informer name to be disclosed.....or no need...
